If you encounter any issues while using iVentoy (e.g., client machine fail to boot),
please send an email to support@iventoy.com for assistance.
Please attach the following information as detailed as possible when reporting problems to facilitate troubleshooting.
- 1. Log
Please compress the whole log directory and send it.
- 2. Client Device Screen
Please make a screenshot or take a photo about the last screen of the booting client machine and send it.
